City hut + Country hut pricing 

We offer two shapes - a single pitch City hut, and a dual pitch Country hut. Both come as standard with clay plaster internal walls and dinesen douglas flooring. We also offer a more simple ‘working space finish’ (see page 27), with hardwood ply flooring and gypsum plaster - ideal for functional studios.

All our listed prices include foundations, installation, internal electrics and delivery*. Our huts are customisable in terms of layout, glasswork and dimensions. Below are some standard sizes and costings, but we’re happy to adapt to any custom measurements.

We also offer a larger cottage, with the option for multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, living space and a kitchen. 

* Please note delivery fee may be added outside of greater london and its surrounding counties.
